Auctioneer Note: After 57 years in the construction business, Mr. Albert Rose, owner of AB Rose General Contractors, Inc has decided to retire. AB Rose General Contractors has maintained all their equipmend and trucks over the years and they are in "job ready" condition. From heavy equipment, trucks, or to commercial lawn maintenance equipment, this auction will have some quality one owner equipment up for sale.

Notice: Mr. A.B. Rose of AB Rose Contractors, Inc will be offering several parcels of real estate that will be sold at public auction. The real estate will be sold at reserved auction, contingent upon seller’s acceptance of selling price. There will be a three percent buyer’s premium charged on all real estate purchases. The Real Estate will be sold around 12:00 noon or after all equipment has been sold.
